Why I Love Being a Maternity Photographer...

Very little in this world compares to the love of an expecting mother and her soon-to-be baby.

Maternity photography is one of my favorite types of photography because it allows me to capture this incredible season of life — the glow, the anticipation, the quiet joy. I get to document a mother’s radiance, the tenderness between partners, and the magic of new beginnings. These are the precious moments that become timeless memories and a beautiful part of your family's story.

This is a moment that will never come again, and I want my clients to look back on these beautiful pictures and photos and remember how they felt — excited, connected, and full of wonder. That’s why I take time before each session to learn about your story, help with styling, and create a space where you can feel completely yourself. I’m here for the entire process, from initial planning to the final gallery.

One of my favorite things about maternity sessions is the light — how it wraps around and illuminates every curve and gesture. During golden hour, that glow becomes something you can see and feel. Preserved forever.

I approach maternity sessions with the same heart I bring to all of my lifestyle photography — letting your natural beauty and story lead the way. Many of my maternity clients return for their San Antonio newborn sessions too, continuing the story of their growing family.
